This is the link to the 2019 Toowoomba Swap ticket request page (Swap sites only)
Almost all the sites are now booked there are still a very few left in Cattle Area, Equestrian Area & Machinery Hill plus the Founders, Berghofer & Model Market pavilions.
All other areas are fully booked.
The mailout for 2019 has been completed, so you should have your 2019 tickets & other details in the post by now.
Note that the 2019 ticket will be scanned as you first come through the gate. THERE WILL NO LONGER BE A COLOURED WINDSCREEN STICKER!
There were two information inserts in the mailout:
- information about the online booking changes, an extension to the rebooking deadline, you can no longer roll over late cancellations, and other details
- brochure with swap information
If you have a 2019 site, we have not yet set up to rebook for 2020.
Don't worry, as we are extending the deadline for rebooking until the end of February.
If you did NOT get an email with your tickets, it means we do not yet have your email address.
If this is the case, or if you do not have the facility for online booking, we would love to see you at the Booking Office sometime during the Swap, where we will update your email or process your rebooking.
The bulk of siteholders will be able to rebook from home after the swap, as you will get an email with a reservation until the end of February.
Thank you for your continued patience during the transition.

The DDVVMC is committed to the continued success of the Toowoomba Swap Meet, and looks forward to working with our site holders, outside contractors and volunteers to create a great event you won't want to miss.
Please know that we take all feedback seriously and aim to improve key points for each year.
The 2019 Toowoomba Swap will be held on Saturday, 2nd and Sunday 3rd February, 2019.
2019 will be the 47th Toowoomba Swap Meet and it is now counted among the biggest three such events in Australia.
You might not know that it is organised and managed solely by the Darling Downs Veteran & Vintage Motor Club Inc. (DDVVMC).
Each year, our members volunteer to assist in the running of the swap meet; it's an exciting and rewarding event to be a part of. Anyone interested in being a part of the Club and the Swap should contact our Membership Officer.
Around 15,000 people from the general public attend, including approximately 1,800 Site holders and a volunteer force in the 100's.
The Swap operating hours are 6am to 6pm, Saturday and 6am to 12 noon Sunday.
Looking forwarding to seeing you all once again at our next Toowoomba Swap.
